- min. 5 years of commercial experience in product design (working with products from both UX and UI design side) with a portfolio of specific cases, preferably in B2B SaaS or e-commerce
- Knowledge of UX guidelines and familiarity with current trends in designs
- fluent in Figma
- Have great skills to present and argument your work
- High sense of ownership to be able to make decisions and take initiative
- Experience in conducting UX research and UX Interviews with customers (internal & external)
- Analyzing customer and business needs
- Opened-minded approach to work and believes in transparent communication and radical candor
- A knack for aesthetics and precision, as well as attention to detail and pixel-perfect approach
- experience in solving problems, e.g., by using design thinking
- English B2+
