Pan Jianfeng
SHTYPE Founding Director Pan Jianfeng was born in an artistic family and studied fine calligraphy as a child. He graduated with Master degrees in Visual Communication from the China Academy of Art and the University of Central England.
Before starting SHTYPE Pan worked in senior positions at JWT and McCann Erickson, gaining solid experience in branding and typography design. As the artistic director for the past ten years he has delivered top branding communication for clients in the Chinese market. He is one of China’s foremost typeface creators and design strategists.
Pan recently published the first book call “ What Can We Do-Cross Cultural Visual Communication and Chinese Typography Design”.
