Social anxiety is the fear of being judged or discomfort in social interactions, an intense fear of what people are thinking about them (embarrassment, criticism, and rejection), resulting in insecurity and not good for other people feeling. Mental illness is a real thing. They are real. We need to talk about it. The shaky and the knotted line (along with other lines showing social interaction) depict the trauma and the stress a person suffering from social anxiety goes through often unseen by others.
