A giant hand keeps an enormous strawberry ice-cream in front of “Palazzo Mezzanotte”, the stock exchange palace in Milano. This giant sculpture takes place of the famous “L.O.V.E.” installation by Maurizio Cattelan. The title of the work is the acronym of “liberty”, “hate”, “vengeance” and “eternity”. In my work, the ice-cream sculpture represents an object of desire. This symbol of desire can refers to different objects, entities, abstractions but also to the symbol of culture. The main theme is the appropriation of the symbol from whom desire it.
