Jerzy Tchórzewski, born in 1978 in Warsaw, Poland. Jerzy is a multidisciplinary designer and art director, who live, work and run his design studio “Jeststudio” in Kraków. Artist graduated from Fine Art Academy in Kraków.
In his artistic achievements we can point his design cooperation in creating an exhibition with Historical Museum of polish Jews. Artist also cooperated with weekly Wprost, Nowa Łaźnia Theatre and Nizio Design International. Jerzy is involved in social art movements, which he included in creating social project showing the beauty of the Nowa Huta, one of Kraków’s area.
Jerzy is an interactive designer, who received prizes from art institutions like: Poster Gallery AMS and Polish Green Line. What is more, Jerzy as an active artist, participated in London Illustrator Fair or DMY in Berlin. His posters were presented on Design Attack Exhibition, Good 50 x 70, Polish Poster Biennial in Katowice. In his art he is showing the object in its magical but modest and organic way, combining inspirations from pop art, naïve art and comics.
