• Concept project, representing the overall plan off all space types, functional zoning, plant types and organization of green space. This preliminary project is the first and most important step of the landscape creation

• Tracing design, specifying the exact location of all newly designed elements. Upon commencement of all green works, the tracing design may be divided into two stages: planting (for plants) and tracing (for architectural elements);

• Details are drawn and presented separately, so that all features could be specified in detail. Detailed designs are presented for architectural elements, floorings, garden furniture and lighting. Details are elaborated artistically for reproduction of the style and the idea;

• Planting schemes specifying the exact locations and planting concepts for each plant. They are elaborated as an addition to the planting design for clarity and explicitness and serve as a basis for the quantity and value estimates;

• Technical designs for floorings, garden furniture, lighting and structures, containing precise information of the construction of all architectural elements. The development of technical designs complements the design documentation and completes the idea;

• Vertical planning – shows terrain shaping, the project levels and elevations of all floorings, grounds, supporting walls, architectural elements, structures and facilities. It is prepared on the basis of the preliminary and architectural design of the building.

• The preliminary design takes up most of the design time. Finalizing the concept and shaping the space types, positioning of the plant kinds and zoning of separate functions at a preliminary design level takes up between 80 and 400 working hours, or 65% of the time needed for preparation of the full design documentation.
• The working design optimizes the technical design in a site work form. Its elaboration takes up between 10 and 25 hours, or 5% of the time needed for preparation of the full design documentation;
• The technical design is elaborated after the final completion of the preliminary design.

This service is provided after the project’s final approval and represents supervision of the site works. It ensures the exact execution of the project, the observance of the architectural, technological, stylistic and construction rules and norms. It also includes assisting in the selection of plants and finishing materials - floorings, ceramics, lighting, furniture and accessories.
